Following the recent allegations made by Cultivator Garret regarding an alleged conspiracy against Prosperia Prime, the UNN reached out to Monkey_Elite, leader of Novalith, for a direct response. Below is the full interview, using Monkey_Elite’s own words.
UNN: Garret claims that Novalith played a role in sabotaging Prosperia Prime. How do you respond to this?
Monkey_Elite: What Garret fails to realize is that this also happened to our colony, and all the other ones. We have no interest in sabotaging Prosperia Prime, let alone doing it while taking ourselves down. Some might say that it was Garret himself who was sabotaging Prosperia Prime. Even before the negotiations between Prosperia Prime’s president, Garret, and Brutopia’s leader, JJ, Garret said that instead of going to Prosperia Prime and starting preparations, he was instead ‘sent’ to Brutopia.
Novalith is a society of research and investigation, so we won’t blame other societies without proof, but we expect Garret to not be as innocent as he might claim he is.
UNN: There are concerns about Mundi’s ties to Novalith. Is there any truth to Garret’s suspicions?
Monkey_Elite: Yes, I can’t deny this fact. Mundi has chosen to come to Novalith of his own free will, and we accepted him with open arms, just like we do with every other Cultivator showing interest. I can assure you, however, that Mundi has nothing to do with the sabotage, just like Novalith has nothing to do with it.
In fact, Mundi was the one who helped Novalithian researchers find out the cause behind the strange events that were happening all across Avesta. Not because he started it, but because he is a very capable researcher.
UNN: Given the tensions, what do you believe should happen next?
Monkey_Elite: All in all, instead of blaming every other society on Avesta, Garret might profit from looking into what went wrong inside Prosperia Prime. Why did he go to Brutopia in the first place? Some societies might think of that as a declaration of war—entering a ‘rivaling’ society without permission or announcement.
Novalith will support and defend Brutopia in any further accusations coming from Prosperia Prime without any evidence or real proof.
